





Hi, I’m Tani Wojcinski - a Certified Personal Trainer and Exercise Physiologist with a Master’s in Health Education.
I support women in midlife who are navigating changes in energy, metabolism, and daily balance. After years of seeing women frustrated by fitness plans that don’t account for shifting needs, I created a sustainable movement approach that focuses on strength, vitality, and confidence from the inside out.
